Ida Svenonius

I’m a second-year HSPSer from Sweden, with a background in filmmaking and communication. I am excited to be setting a new direction for our SU this year, mainly working towards the vision that all Lucians feel connected to and proud of our college. Lucy Cavendish has so much potential - we are one of Cambridge’s most diverse colleges, with some of its most experienced students, while being small enough to make it feel like home. To grow further, I believe we must develop a greater awareness of our own potential, unite across years and subjects, and be inventive in finding new ways to make our experience exciting. As your SU president, my focus is on the internal development of our college culture to become more supportive, co-creative and proud.

In my spare time, I can often be found working on various projects, exploring personal development, or riding roller coasters.
